You MUST have access to the existing admin registrar email on record to be able to approve the transfer. If you don't have access to the email address or the address is changed, you must change this email address before you submit the transfer request. You can change this at the existing registrar. If you cannot change the email address, you must contact your existing registrar for further information. You can view the domain name whois record here.
For international domains
you should be be able to find this code at your current registrar, ensure your domain is Unlocked before proceeding. Please DO NOT UPDATE the Registrant email address before you submit your transfer request as some registrar's will decline the transfer for a period of 60-days for secuity reasons.
All Australian Domains Transfer takes 48 hours to complete and up to 7 days for international domains. We have no control to speed up the transfer time.
